Timothy D. Allen CMB, Founder and CEO – Tim conceived the idea for’s “Method for Mortgage Customer Retention,”  USPTO patent #  8,660,939, issued Feb 25, 2014. Tim has been involved in mortgage banking since 1990. He has held regional managerial positions for Barnett Bank, JPMorgan Chase, National City and SunTrust. Tim is the 2012 recipient of the MBA of Florida’s Brown L. Whatley Award – a prestigious award that has been presented since 1955 to the most outstanding member of the year for his/her contributions to the association and the mortgage banking industry in the state of Florida. He is a former member of the Fannie Mae Advisory Board for South Florida. Tim was president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida in 2007-2008, he is the founder of the MBAF’s Future Leaders Program and co-founder of the CMB Society of Florida. The (CMB®) designation certifies his expertise in mortgage banking, as confirmed through a rigorous program of coursework and written and oral exams facilitated by the National Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mauro Appezzato, President and Founding Member – Mauro is a creative and strategic expert in the field of online mortgage lead generation and financial services advertising and marketing.  He has consulted for national lead generators and lending institutions and has spoken at mortgage conferences and is often quoted in industry trade publications.  He founded America’s Lending Partners (ALP) in 1999 to leverage his skills in generating leads for numerous mortgage lenders.  ALP became one of the driving forces in the newly developing lead generation industry and the largest, privately held, lead aggregator in the United States servicing over 160 mortgage lenders.  He served as president of advertising and marketing for The Money Store turning it into a national household name using a combination of branding and direct marketing that drove it to become the country’s leading sub-prime lender.  He directed the national introduction of Residential Money Centers, a GMAC company, surpassing efficiency projections by over 40% within 9 months. In 1997 at FIRSTPLUS he introduced the FIRSTPLUS brand to homeowners nationwide using Miami Dolphins’ quarterback Dan Marino in an intensive and highly targeted advertising effort incorporating television, newspaper, radio, direct mail, yellow pages and corporate sponsorships.   In less than two years, FIRSTPLUS became the leading high loan-to-value lender with over a 50% market share and the second most recognized name in the industry behind The Money Store.

Everett Teague, Chief Technology Officer and Founding Member – Everett is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. He works with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources and strategic planning. Everett has over 20 years of senior-level technology integration and management, website development and management, public relations, Internet branding and marketing experience. He is the Founder/President of ET Digital Media, a technology and web development company in Tallahassee, FL. He has served as technology integrator, and web developer and manager for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama. He has also helped seven Mortgage Bankers Association Chapters around the state of Florida integrate technology and web communications into their daily operations.  He served as Technology & Web Administrator for First South Bank’s e-commerce project called and continued in that role with BB&T after its purchase of First South Bank.

Edward E. Wollman, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, General Counsel and Co-Founder – Ed is the co-inventor of the “Method for Mortgage Customer Retention”.  He is a Florida board certified attorney with an LL.M. in taxation. He has been named a Florida Super Lawyer annually since 2007.  He has over 25 years’ experience managing a successful law practice, Wollman, Gehrke & Solomon, P.A., in Naples, Florida.

Nitin Dave, Vice President, Relationship Manager – Nitin has 35 years’ experience in mortgage banking, consumer banking, investment banking and commercial lending, with a focus on mortgage servicing operations and secondary marketing executions via cash and securitization. He worked 25 years at Fannie Mae, and currently is VP of Servicing & Securitization at Southern Trust. His background includes demonstrated skills in marketing account management and was the relationship manager for Fannie Mae’s top 25 mortgage servicer accounts.

Bradley Wollman, Marketing Manager – Brad is responsible for strategy and implentation of AMM’s integrated marketing communications. He brings a strong background in digital and traditional media buying, media analytics and optimization strategy. Bradley graduated from University of Florida with his Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Entrepreneurship. He started his media career with CBS Television, working to further integrate their digital video platforms. He was hired on to work for an international media analytics company, MBR Group, as their VP of Development. He currently manages a marketing strategic consulting group, Identity Projection.

Bhawna Banga, Project Manager, Digital Marketing – Bhawna comes to with 13+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry. She is responsible for the growth of ORM (Online Reputation Management) and to enhance the niche specific visitors. She is working rigorously to help guide through the Search Engine and Social Media Optimization with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. She follows a consultative approach and makes valuable & reasonable suggestions for the betterment of our business. Bhawna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pacific Institute of Management & Engineering.
